On the eve of Chile’s approval or rejection of the new constitution presented by the Constitutional Convention, the debate in the mining sector has developed around the scope it will have in terms of exploration and development of the industry. This is in addition to the modifications to the mining code introduced at the end of 2021 by the government at that time, within the framework of the Guaranteed Universal Pension project.
