Prospective zone in Cretaceous Porphyries zone with mineralization related to breccia bodies

The Colupo district is located in Region II, 125 km north-northeast of Antofagasta, 12 km north-west of Antucoya and 20 km south-west of María Elena village. Located in the Cretaceous strip where there are mineralized porphyries such as Tovaku (> 500Mt @ 0.25% Cu), Antucoya (642Mt @ 0.35% Cu). The area was identified through recognition and mapping with the approach to the proximity of a known deposit, under the concept of a potential cluster over an area of 10km2. Multiple areas of exploitation of copper oxides of small miners were found, areas with brecciation and development of veinlets, with respect to the alteration, the presence of chlorite-epidote (propylitic alteration) was highlighted in several drill holes. Lithologically, the presence of volcanic rocks and sediments of Jurassic age is observed, which are intruded by intrusive monzonitic, dioritic and dacitic pulses of Cretaceous age. This district has a geological mapping, some surface samples and caliche holes data (900 samples). On the other hand, a total of 9700 m of RC drilling (maximum depth of 300 m) of reconnaissance and a total of 1290 m of DDH were performed, highlighting intercepts of 20 meters with 0.6% CuS in tourmaline breccias, another hole inclined with 30m of 1.27% CuS in the breccias bodies, represented by a mineralization of oxides such as brocantite, chrysocolla, (atacamite) and azurite, in addition to a minor mineralization of sulfides such as chalcopyrite.

On the other hand, this district has geophysical studies of ground magnetometry, IP lines and regional ZTEM.
This project is related to a IOCG system, with favorable covered areas with potential to intercept new intrusive related mineralization, or similar higher grade, as well as favorable structural zones that have yet to be tested.

This project has easy access, only 25km from Maria Elena on the route that connects Tocopilla with Maria Elena (Route 24), and then use the variant that heads south (Estación Colupo) for another 20km. It comprises a total of more than 5000 hectares, where at least 40% of the hectares are covered.
