Cancellation requests must be in writing up to 15 business days before the start of the course and sent to info@chilexploregroup.cl indicating the participant’s details. Reimbursements for cancellation will incur a 30% administrative fee. Reimbursements will be made once the course has been finalised. For cancellations within 15 business days, will receive no refund and the full registration fee must be paid. If the participant cannot participate, they can send another person as their replacement. This must be communicated in writing to info@chilexploregroup.cl, indicating the complete details of the new participant up to 24 hours before the event (If this has not been communicated the replacement must pay a new registration on the day of event).
