The NSR agreement is worth US$ 8 million and applies to all sales of minerals discovered in the San José 1/3000 exploration concession. It forms part of the Vizcachitas copper and molybdenum porphyry project located 150 kilometers north of Santiago, which is exclusively owned by Andes Copper. The proceeds will be used primarily to finance a pre-feasibility study for the project and to support development of environmental impact studies.
